Essentially it’s a J2ME application that allows you to create your own mobile 3D anaglyph photos using the mobile phone camera by taking two slightly offset pictures with the result separated into red and cyan colour planes as shown and in a video.
Of course you need to have a pair of 3D specs to view it properly but you may have some from either a trip to 3D movies or you can pick some up cheap online
Locr beta review
locr is a photo hosting service with a geographical tilt. It encourages its users to geotag (encode location information) into their photos. Last week locr announced the availability of an S60 client which allows you to geotag photos on your phone (S60 2nd and 3rd Edition). We'll be covering geotagging in more detail later this week.
Traffic Cam is a Python script that downloads images from numerous traffic camera in Singapore.
You need a Symbian based mobile phone (i.e. Nokia’s Symbian based mobile phone) that can run Python interpreter for S60 based mobile phone. The images are obtained from Singapore’s One.Motoring site.
Allows for using the S60 smartphone as a PC web-camera. Compatible with ICQ, MSN, YouTube, AOL IM, etc.
